Integrated Plant Management or IPM, Inc. founded in 1993 is a privately owned, full service pest control company providing environmentally friendly programs to thousands of clients in South Florida. Our goal is to implement an economical pest control program for your property that has minimum effect on non target organisms, human health and the environment.  We reduce the hazards of pesticide use by applying chemicals only when and where needed and minimizing traditional “blanket spray” treatments.

David Guzy, president of IPM, is a certified pest control operator, certified arborist and licensed irrigation contractor. A graduate of Penn State University with a bachelors degree in Agronomy, he is a licensed Community Association Manger and holds numerous horticultural licenses.
 

Our employees are the most important asset to our organization. Our technicians are trained continuously and licensed by the State of Florida. They are provided with cell phones and vehicles containing the most advanced equipment available to our industry. The company carries liability and workers’ compensation insurance and is a drug free workplace. Health benefits and uniforms are also provided to all employees.


Our managers monitor the operational and technical aspects of our technicians and conduct inspections of your property to verify our applications are successful and performed in a timely manner. They are available to meet with owners, your Board of Directors or Committee members upon request. They are courteous, knowledgeable, informative, on-time and committed to excellent customer service. They are supplied with cell phones and e-mail addresses.
 

Our staff have membership in the Florida Pest Management Association, National Pest Management Association, Certified Pest Control Operators Association of Florida, Florida Turfgrass Association, International Society of Arboriculture, International Palm Society, Golf Course Superintendent Association and other professional societies.
