Termite Control
Both our subterranean and drywood control programs give you the safest, most effective service available in the industry, and offer you an alternative to conventional termite control methods such as tenting. The use of toxic chemicals is minimized or replaced with technologies proven effective in controlling termites with less impact on our environment. We use biodegradable by-products of organic substances such as D-Limonene and Borates. D-Limonene is a citrus peel derivative that is a non acutely toxic chemical that can actually wick through wood. We inject it directly into termite galleries and it kills them and their eggs on contact. Borates are derived from natural occurring salt deposits and are applied as a preventative to help keep termites from returning.
Our applications are strategically applied to deliver treatments to the exact areas where termites may be entering your structure. We do not tent your property or use any gas fumigation or restricted toxic chemicals. IPM is committed to offering the least toxic yet most effective products available. All products used are registered for use by the United States Environmental Protection Agency.
*Reconstruction & Repair: Damaged wood is the end result of infestations of termites. After IPM controls the infestation, we can also repair the damaged wood. Our wood repair division is staffed with licensed general contractors who can restore the soundness and appearance of framing, siding, trim wood and more.
